My back right tire just the day before was nearly flat from a slow leak. I arrived at Tire Depot the following morning 15min before they opened at 8am. There was already a line of 8 people but they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road with 4 new tires by 9am. This was more than enough time to make me 35+min commute to work. Couldn't be more appreciative of the customer service. I highly recommend them!

A hidden gem. I highly recommend going here. The questions I was asked, were some i had only heard from my mechanic. Basically, how much I could invest in my car for the amount of time, I plan on owning it. They didn't try to up sell me, either. I have worked retail before. All the guys were kind, from what interactions, I saw. There were about 5 or so customers when I went in on a Saturday. I was quoted about an hour or 70 minutes for my 4 new tires, plus balancing, etc. Wow.

I was referred to Tire Depot by a friend, so I stopped by with a leak in my front tire. No appointment needed btw. Tony took a look at all my tires and said if it’s a leak let’s just fix it, your tires are still good. He didn’t try and sell me a new tire, how refreshing. He had his guys fix it and off I went in less than an hour. I highly recommend Tire Depot and now I won’t go anywhere else. Once you find an honest, reputable business there’s no need to change.

His customer service is impeccable. Just be aware, because he is the best in the area. Every single person goes to him, as such expect lines. But unless you are a entitled brat, your patience will be worth it. He is also very accommodating with people who need to leave vehicles there for later pickup.

Went in to replace an unrepairable flat tire, and these guys gave me a better deal than the "big place" down the street with the fancy jingle. Those jingles have got to add to places overhead.
They had me in and out faster than two shakes of a lamb's tail.

Tony asked if someone had used Fix-a-Flat on it (i'd never, but... some people actually thinks that stuff works.) I would just like to give a huge thank you and recommendation to Tire Depot in Bristol. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tires or having tire trouble. I went into the dealership for routine oil change and was then told I need four new tires due to the fact a nail was in two tires. Being skeptical I called Tire Depot and explained the situation they were able to have me come right down and resolve the situation determining there was only one nail and it was repairable with a patch. Saving me the 800 dollars for new tires on a 1-year-old vehicle. All the staff was extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable and really had the customer in mind! Thank you for your help and honesty! I would recommend this business to all my friends and family!

When I first went to him I knew I needed at least two tires and was pretty much ready for the same speech I got from Town Fair and the other guys....."you should replace them all, these other two aren't good at all" blah blah blah.
Tony checked my truck, told me I definitely needed the two tires that I knew I would need and told me I should be good for a while longer with the other two tires. I've been a loyal customer since that day......in most cases Tony can even beat the "wholesale clubs" as well! Give Tony a try you won't go anywhere else.

I could think of worse things to happen but after an 11 hr day at work, one of my tires went completely flat; (got to love CT roadways)! AAA towed my car to Tire Depot last night and I called 11 mins after opening time, to check in. Not only was I greeted by a friendly voice, (his name was Tim), but already had a quote for 2 tires of the exact brand I wanted, (Continentals are by far the best tire brand, for my Volvo, at least). I called 30 mins later, gave him the business and was promised a time of completion, that was spot on! Walked in and walked out in a matter of minutes! Many thanks Tim for your fast,'friendly and efficient service! I'll definitely recommend you and Tire Depot to my friends! (P.S. Your price was a little more competitive than my own employer's, with my employee discount!!)

One Word: LIFESAVER!!!!! I somehow got a nail in one of my back tires, and it was losing air pretty quickly. I managed to get to Tire Depot, and they took me in even though it was less than 30 minutes before closing. They fixed my tire in ten minutes flat. 10 minutes! Talk about service! I have gone to Tire Depot on a number of occasions, not only to purchase new tires, but for tire repairs and even just to get a reliable trustworthy opinion. They treat their customers with respect and are happy to help educate them on tire needs and beyond. They will get you the BEST possible price in the area, won't try to up-sell you on high-priced a tire you don't really need, AND they get the work in and out in a reasonable amount of time, every time. You can show up with a busted tire and no appointment and they will get you back on the road as soon as physically possible (within an hour in my experience). If you live anywhere within 30-60 minutes of Bristol, I would say it is well worth it to take a ride to see Tony & crew at Tire Depot the next time you have tire needs. Top-notch people.

Called Tire Depot, asked about tirerack.com shipping to them. Tony offered to beat the price, he did. Came in a little later, he then knocked $20 off the price again. The place was packed and I was still in and out within 20 minutes. Stand up staff, no questions asked but all questions answered kinda place. Won't sell you more than you need, and if they make a mistake (which happens!) they'll make it right. What more do you want at this point? Go get some freaking TIRES lol!

having to turn away business for during the week. In the winter, due to the aggressive treatments on the roads, the wheels needed to be sanded and tires remounted. No issues here. In fact the entire office was full of people with the same issue. Basically zero new business for them that day I was in there, but it didn't matter to them and everyone was leaving happy.

I needed 4 new tires, and I got quotes from a number of places ranging from local tire shops to big name franchises. Then a friend referred me to Tire Depot, and I am so glad he did. I called and spoke to the owner, Tony, who gave me a few quotes that were over $100 less than the competition! I continued to do my research, and then emailed Tire Depot through their website for quotes on a couple other brands. They responded to me within the hour.
Tire Depot offers no gimmicks, no games, no hidden fees. They quote you a price that includes labor (mounting and balancing) and taxes, and that is what you pay when you pick up your car. My friend tells me that Tony has a warehouse right in Bristol where he keeps a large inventory of tires on hand. This is why he's able to charge such great prices. I had to drive over 30 minutes to get to this place, but it was well worth it for the ridiculously good service and price. will never buy tires anywhere else ever again.

I know, they use torque- limited impact tools, but I still like the assurance of a torque check, and especially on aluminum rims.. Other: After many years of usimg the "premier" discounter in the area I found I could get all the same services ( no alignments )without all the hype and misinformation. I appreciate the use of rim-clamp machines to protect both the rim and the tire ( no torn beads ) Tony was able to find my size tire at a price that didn't break my wallet..

Friendly people. Great price for new tires. Gave several options for brands. I made appointment and they took it in right away even though they were very busy. MY ONLY GRIEVANCE, they can be hard to find. They aren't actually on John Ave. On John Ave. you will see Kelly tires, there is a sign on the door that says Tire Depot customers use entrance on other side, which is Missal Ave. and on that side there is a sign that has a different name. The only sign that says Tire Depot is a small one on the railing of the office that is almost impossible to see from the street. But once I figured it out, the service was great.

I am the kind of person that gets a bunch of quotes before I buy. I got 5 other quotes to be exact before I ended up doing business with this company. I will never go to another tire company again. My first time here Tony saved me about $100 compared to my five other quotes for the same exact tires installed. I've been coming back ever since. I just went there again today 3/11/14 to take my snow tires off and purchase 4 new all season tires. But for ha ha's a few days before I called a couple places for the same exact tires again(old habits die hard)

Pricing is competitive with Tire Rack and other online tire places, much less than retailers. Order arrived inside 1 day, service was fast and courteous, and they know what they're doing. Exceptional service- Tony is a such a down to earth, nice guy. I asked for certain tires, he ordered them and they were put on promptly. Price was more than fair- I was quoted $140 more at Town Fair. It's apparent that this place is well known as it was busy, but Tony handled each person with patience and care, really above and beyond. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else. Thanks Tony!!!!

At no time in my life have I ever completed a business transaction and been totally satisfied with the efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism of the people with whom I interacted---until I did business with Tire Depot and its disarmingly courteous owner, Tony.
Buying four tires is usual an unsatisfying proposition due not only to the expensiveness of the tires but the inevitable add-on costs that inflate the out-the-door price...but not at Tire Depot. Not only did Tony beat my other estimates (by a lot!), but he did it with his all-inclusive 1st quote. And he didn't need me to give him a "price to beat" to give me my best price. I made my appointment and they had me in and out of there in less than 40 minutes.
If any business could disspell the adage "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is", Tire Depot can and does. When my 2nd car needs tires, there'll be no shopping around.

I have been dealing with Tony for years. 1st as a RV dealer manager he took care of all my tire needs. And second on a personal level he always took great care of me and gave me competitive pricing.

They take pride in their work!
I was at the tire counter about to purchase tires at Costco, my favorite store on the planet, when my father suggested I try Tire Depot - he had heard good things from many people who went there for service. Wanting to support a local business I decided to hold off my Costco purchase and to call Tire Depot the next day and do some price comparison - I am happy I did!
I spoke to the owner, Tony, who was very helpful. I told him what I already had planned to purchase at Costco and the price out the door. Tony really seemed to want my business and asked me if he could call me back and get some pricing together. A half hour later my phone rang - Tony proposed to get me into a comparable set of tire (I checked online to compare brands and he was honest as could be about his comparison) and he gave me a better final price.
When I went down to get my tires on a Saturday morning at 8 am the place was packed - it is a little tough to see the building from the main road so you have to drive slow. Even though the store was super busy I and as far as I could see, all of the other customers were given excellent service - the other customers actually did not mind waiting (the wait was very short) because of the service we were all getting. The shop is rather open and there is nothing to hide - the employees seem to do a very good job and take pride in their work and I have no question if I ever have a problem with my tires I can bring my car in and it will be taken care of right the first time - and done at a fair price.
Highly recommended - I read a review online that said "this is how all businesses should be ran." I could not agree any more than I do with that statement.

Can't Beat This Palce
This was the second set of tires I've bought here. Once again, Very satisfied. The place was really busy, but I was in and out within 30 minutes. The first time I was here, they didn't have the tires Tony had recommended. Not to fear, he got them for me, that day within an hour. This place is a hidden gem of the community.

Outstanding Service
Phone ringing off the hook, but Tony still had time for me. Needed
four tires, and had shopped around. Beat everyones else price, was out in less than an hour. Six months later, I am writing this review, still very satisfied. Highly recommend this shop. Quality and service is what I had expected and it topped my expectations.

They do excellent work
A whole-in-the-wall is a great description for this great tire shop. They do excellent work at discount mega-store prices. The guys know their stuff, and buzz around around like bees as they jockey cars in and out. Everyone is accomodated, and Tony (the owner) busts his butt to make sure his guys get everyone in and out quickly, regarless of the number of people waiting (sometimes Tony goes out to do the work himself). If you go there once, you'll always go back.

Driving down the road you would never even guess that this small little tire shop was even there. Hidden behind a mattress shop is the best kept secret in town. Tire Depot never fails to have what you are looking for. The owner talks to every customer that walks in the door. He works with you to make sure that all your needs are met. They offer everything from name brands to something you have never heard of. You can't beat the prices. They also offer slightly used tires. That works for me! They guys that work there are quick. You never have to wait long. Also, for the people who are looking to improve the looks of their tires, they offer a wide selection very nice rims. I recommend all my friends to go there.
