Good: Friendliness,practical advice. Willingness to find my tires. Speed of service.. Bad: Parking is limited. Lost a beauty ring one time.. Improvements: More use of torque wrench. I know, they use torque- limited impact tools, but I still like the assurance of a torque check, and especially on aluminum rims.. Other: After many years of usimg the "premier" discounter in the area I found I could get all the same services ( no alignments )without all the hype and misinformation. I appreciate the use of rim-clamp machines to protect both the rim and the tire ( no torn beads ) Tony was able to find my size tire at a price that didn't break my wallet..
